Will there be transportation provided to and from the ceremony and reception?

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from The Estate Yountville from Hotel Yountville, Bardessono Hotel, Westin Verasa and Andaz Napa. Even if you are not staying at one of the listed hotels, you are more than welcome to utilize the shuttle service! Please see “Travel” tab for more details.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Yes! Please visit our “Hotels” tab in the menu.

Are children invited?

We absolutely love your children, but kindly request that this be a 21+ event. If you have any issues finding childcare, please reach out to Robert or Alice. Thank you for your understanding.

What will the weather be like?

In July, the weather in Yountville is typically in the mid to high 80’s during the day with clear skies and comfortable dry heat. At night and in the early morning, temperatures drop to the mid 50’s, so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.

What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Attire is black-tie optional. We’d love to see you in your very best!

Will there be a welcome party?

Yes! All guests are invited. Please see our "Events" page for details. 

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes. There is a large parking lot located at the venue. Shuttle transportation will be provided, and Uber and Lyft services are also available.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with plenty of shaded spots, and the reception will take place indoors. All events will be held at The Estate.

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request for dinner?

Absolutely. Please reach out to Robert or Alice with any specific requests or dietary preferences.
